Things I Need
-------------

Rebuild kits for both diffs and both axles
tie-rod ends, new rod for scout -> passenger-side tie rod
D60 5.13 R&P
D60 long-side inner shaft cut down and re-splined
(luckily this 1988 D60 has the thicker inner 35-spline shafts that
   don't neck down)
D60 calipers & rotors (found calipers some for cores)
a 30-spline Spicer lock-out*
(maybe the 35-spline outers upgrade from 4wdfactory: u-joints, stubs &
  lock-outs)
14B Detroit
The NP205 and ORD stuff
a crossmember for the tcases and a skid plate
tires, thinking 38.5x14.5 TSL SX
hydro assist fittings
new master
maybe hydro assist (Andy's got a setup I might buy.)
Mico lever lock or other line lock
Maybe the NP205 disc parking brake from High-Angle Driveline
Driveshafts, probably from High-Angle Driveline
Maybe 63" rear springs. There's a guy near me parting an '88 Suburban,
  might get springs, maybe more.
